CEAR (webmail) - spama@unhcr.org - ministerio ?

To all national and international competent authorities
and
To all national and international competent organizations.

Dear,

Hereby I wish to introduce my demand for asylum as a true political refugee and in complete accordance of the Convention of Geneva.

Please note that everything what is said by me, is proven by a mass of evidences.

This concerns not only the political character of the persecutions but also persecussions self against my person during many years making my life an hell.

Of course the mass of persecutions is already a indirect but clear evidence of the political character, if not all these cruel persecustions and even each of them cannot be explained.

The persecutions can be classified into three groups :

1. pure criminal by justice and police hand in hand with criminals, in true sovjet style and with organised attempts to criminalise my person,
2. criminal-like administrativ terror including total exclusion and theft of property, refusal of any legal help, etc. etc.,
and last but not least,
3. social terrorism, which is already named TORTURE, a crime against humanity, in a OFFICIAL document.

But the political character is proven also directly by my peacefully activities, not only as a collaborator of political publications with special consequences in your own country, but also by my peacefully resistance against total detoriation of city-environment in my country, organised by local authorities, f.i. by sex-industries etc. which resulted already in a comdamnation of a high local politician.

In the name of my security and for the time being I'm using a pseudonyme.

For my demand I wish to present myself to any competent authority in your country on the conditions that no danger from inside or outside your country whatsoever will occur to my person and that at least I can leave freely your country without any harm done when political asylum will be refused which I cannot believe will occur.

Further, it is evident that I need the necessary legal and other administrativ assistance and help for de defense of my case, but also the normal minimal human living-conditions from first moment and for the time I will stay in your country necessary for the procedure.

I assure you that the procedure for my demand can be limited to a very short period because, as I said before, my demand is very serious and moreover sustained by a mass of evidences.

And last but not least, I wish to underline the following 2 serious reasons to having suspended temporally an earlier demand of asylum I made in Madrid :

1. First there was the total lack of any legal support and any decent humanitarian aid whatsoever including a simple bed and food.

2. Secondly, there was the fact as being told to me in these circumstances that the political background in my case was quoted also in Spain as an illegal act by law voted in the Spanish parliament although the Spanish Consitutional Court had already made a negative arrest in a similar case earlier, which is now (2007) renewed by another arrest of the same Court to suppress the article in this spanish penal law as I hope is done meanwhile.

Waiting your reply and invitation, sincerely yours,

Juan Deconu
